Highly collectible artist signed ring. Turquoise, coral, mother of pearl, and jet inlay. Back is signed "MP ZUNI". Tested sterling silver. It does look to have maybe been repaired at some point. The solder on one side of the shank is different (see pic). That's the beauty of vintage for ya!

Mary Ann Poncho started producing jewelry in 1953 and was active until 1975. Her husband Charlie Poncho is a well-known Zuni Artist as well.

Her work is featured in several high-end galleries, collections, and in the major Native Jewelry catalogs and reference books.
